Visual Merchandising Workshop

Retail sales are a function of making an emotional connection with the customer on a level that makes them want to take a piece of your store – your brand – home with them. Your customers need to know and understand you and they need to know that you understand them. They want to engage with you and experience your brand through the shopping experience.   • How to create an emotional response from your customers that leads to sales; creating a personal connection between you and your customer
  • Have a close look at what you are actually selling (hint – it’s not the stuff!)

I also offer one to one assistance with visual merchandising where I can come to a client’s store and go through a visual merchandising analysis process, providing individual feedback.
